Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all cleaning services provided by

The Bright Cleaning Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) to the client (“you”, “your”).

By booking or receiving any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services Provided

We provide domestic and commercial cleaning services including, but not limited to:

Regular and one-off domestic cleaning, Deep cleaning and end-of-tenancy cleaning,

Office, retail, and school cleaning, and Optional product-inclusive cleaning services.

All services are performed by trained, insured, and DBS-checked staff.

3. Booking and Payments

Bookings must be made via phone, email, or our official website. All quotes are valid

for 14 days. Payment is required either in advance or on the day of service unless

otherwise agreed. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, card

payment, or direct debit. Late payments may incur a 5% monthly interest charge.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a booking.

Cancellations made within less than 24 hours may be charged 50% of the service

fee. If our staff cannot gain access to the premises at the scheduled time, the full

service fee may be charged.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide safe access to the property, ensure utilities are available,

inform us of health or safety risks, and remove fragile or valuable items. We reserve

the right to refuse service where safety or hygiene risks are present.

6. Quality Assurance

Our cleaners are trained to maintain high-quality standards. If you are dissatisfied

with the service, you must report issues within 24 hours of completion. We will

arrange a re-clean of the affected area at no additional cost if the claim is valid.

7. Liability and Insurance

We hold full public liability insurance to cover accidental damage or injury caused by

our staff. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or issues arising

from faulty equipment provided by the client.

8. Staff and Conduct

All staff are DBS-checked and required to act professionally. Clients must not

directly employ or solicit The Bright Cleaning Ltd staff for private work during and

for 6 months after the end of service.

 

9. Health and Safety

We comply with UK health and safety regulations. Cleaning products and equipment

are COSHH-compliant. Eco-friendly or hypoallergenic alternatives are available upon

request.

10. Confidentiality

All client information, including property details and contact information, is treated

as confidential and will not be shared with third parties except as required by law.

11. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to terminate ongoing services if payment is repeatedly late,

unsafe working conditions exist, or there is any form of abuse or harassment toward

staff.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of

England and Wales. Any disputes shall be handled under the jurisdiction of the UK

courts.
